What is Visit Orlando?
Technically a 501(c)(6) trade association, Visit Orlando is first and foremost the Orlando area’s primary branding, sales and marketing organization for travel and tourism.

What is Visit Orlando’s Mission Statement?
The mission of Visit Orlando as the industry’s leader is to market and brand the Central Florida area globally as the premier leisure, convention and business destination for the continual economic benefit of the community.

What is Visit Orlando’s Vision Statement?
Working together to be the premier marketing organization for the world’s greatest destination.

Who are Visit Orlando’s customers?
Visit Orlando markets to a variety of customers, including leisure travelers, meeting planners, travel professionals and the media.

Can I join Visit Orlando?
Visit Orlando offers membership to organizations working within the travel and tourism industry. Members represent a diverse cross-section of the community that includes accommodations, attractions, convention services, restaurants, retail, transportation, and visitor and professional services.

How do I get started with my new membership?

How can I make changes to my record, listing or contacts?
The ability to make changes is based on your web permissions. If you have any questions regarding your company’s permissions, please contact us via phone at (407) 541-4303 or email at MemberRelations@VisitOrlando.com.

What is the difference between a “lead” and a “marketing opportunity”?
Opportunities to book business directly with a client are considered a “lead”. All other requests to participate in programs, opportunities to market, etc. are called “marketing opportunities”.

I’m interested in networking. How do I find the latest event?
For a complete listing of upcoming member events, please visit our Events & Marketing Calendar. The calendar also includes all trade shows, sales missions, press trips and FAMs that Visit Orlando will be attending or hosting. You can use the calendar to determine which programs your business can participate in.
